Holy Confirmation is a sacrament of the church: The rite in which we express a mature commitment to Christ. At Confirmation, candidates receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a Bishop. Holy Confirmation, for both children and adults, is scheduled after completion of a formal Christian education course. These classes are held as determined by the rector, but usually on Sunday morning from 9:05-9:50 a.m. Candidates for confirmation must also attend worship on Sunday mornings.
A new confirmation class begins on Sunday, February 9, 2014. Click on the link below for the application form, which must be completed and submitted to the church office by Sunday, February 2, 2014. Please contact the church office for more information (863-422-1416).
