Baptism and Confirmation are sacraments of the church: The rite in which we join the family of Jesus at baptism, and later express a mature commitment to Christ at confirmation. At baptism, one is sealed by the Holy Spirit and marked as Christ’s own forever. At Confirmation, candidates receive strength from the Holy Spirit through prayer and the laying on of hands by a Bishop. These classes are held as determined by the rector, but preferably on Sunday afternoon after services. Candidates, or parents seeking baptism for children, must also attend worship on Sunday mornings.
Confirmation classes will begin November 3, 2019
After service and fellowship.
